Showcasing properties is one of my specialties. I have been working with many real estate agents since 2016. I am an FAA certified remote pilot and it is federal law to have these credentials in place to use a Drone’s footage for commercial/business purposes. I have showcased properties from an acre to over 5000 acres. Aerial footage will show the beauty of the area in a way you can not capture otherwise. I have a DJI Phantom 4 Pro+ and a Mavic 2 Pro. For editing footage, I use Adobe Premiere Pro and my skills using it earned me the audience award in the 2019 Broke and Stoked Short Outdoor Film contest for Maine Filmmakers, and the 2020 award for “Best Maine Film” in the Maine Outdoor Film Festivals “Extra Credit Adventure Edit”. For photos, I use Adobe Lightroom for post-editing.

 I understand how busy you are and make the process easy and efficient. I am professional in my interactions with your clients when necessary and am comfortable engaging with them. For a shoot, you may accompany me or send me solo. Just give me the address and maps of the property via email and I will take care of the rest. I will deliver the photos and video either on a USB Flash drive or I will send you a link to a google cloud where you can view, share, and download all of the work. It is of the utmost importance that you are happy with my work. I love what I do and it shows.
